🚗 What is Red White and Mud?

This is NOT a business like Uber or Lyft.

This is NOT to replace official or traditional emergency services.

Red White and Mud is a volunteer civic assistance network when the community needs it. This is a roster of capable volunteer drivers with capable 4x4/AWD rigs who can be community helping community.

🌪️ Our Purpose

This service will always be active to help during:

• Severe weather events (hurricanes, blizzards, floods)
• Natural disasters and emergencies
• When the area or world has gone FUBAR
• Civil infrastructure failures
• Community crisis situations

🚙 What We're Looking For

Volunteer drivers with:

• Built-up off-road vehicles (4x4, lifted trucks, etc.)
• Experience in challenging conditions
• Commitment to community service
• Reliability and dedication
• Proper insurance and vehicle maintenance
• Being professional and always kind

🤝 What You'll Do

As a volunteer driver, you may:

• Provide transportation for essential needs (groceries, medication, supplies)
• Assist with vehicle recovery in challenging conditions
• Help community members reach local destinations when traditional services are unavailable
• Deliver critical supplies to those unable to travel

Important: This service is NOT for medical transport or evacuation efforts - those are city, county, state and federal responsibilities. RWM simply helps when the little old lady needs a chocolate bar or someone ran out of toilet paper and needs to run to the store but can't drive during the FUBAR situation.

⚠️ Important Understanding

This is volunteer service, not paid work. You're joining a community of capable individuals who step up when things get tough. There's no guarantee of regular work - this is about being available when your community truly needs you.

Donations: Never ask for donations, but it is encouraged to have a jar, bag, or paper with links to payment services available to accept donations if the requestor wishes to contribute. This is completely voluntary and should never be expected.

Legal Compliance: You are not above the law. You must still abide by the law and adhere to local, state, and federal emergency directives.

• Communication device (charged phone)
• Willingness to help in adverse conditions
